In 1986, Paco Underhill had a novel idea: let’s study the way people behave in stores. 35 years later, we’re still ahead of the curve in innovating methodologies and insights. We’re active in the evolution of retail and services and guide strategy for Fortune 500 companies.
From our roots in retail, we have applied our methods to help financial institutions, wireless service providers, CPG companies, hospitality groups, transportation spaces, real estate and mall developers, professional sports teams, entertainment venues, and workplace designers.
